Where are the gas, electric meters, etc. located?

What material is the siding? Is it asbestos?

Is anything growing on the siding to affect it's integrity?

What is the condition of the windows?

Do the doors and windows close properly and avoid air infiltration?

Do all exterior locks work?

Does one key fit all locks?

Is there a cloudy look to the insulated windows that indicates the seal has been broken?

How old are the insulated windows? What is their life expectancy?

Check the foundation for settlement cracks.
